This 2 player version of the popular game "The Quacks of Quedlingburg" has you playing head to head against your rival as you work to entice the most patients to your market stall and strengthen your reputation with the Quacks Guild.
 
In The Quacks of Quedlingburg: The Duel, you'll play over a series of rounds each made up of 6 phases. At the start of each round (except the first) you'll need to establish which player is furthest behind before flipping 2 coins for a start of round bonus. This is then followed by potion brewing where you draw chips from a bag to add to your potion bottle and carry out a variety of actions. Once both players have brewed their potions, resolve any after-effects before redeeming bonuses from the market surveillance. Lastly, you'll be able to purchase new ingredients and then you'll reset your chips ready for the next round. Once a player treats their 6th patient or you make it to the end of round 7, the game ends and whoever has managed to treat the most patients wins.
