We founded The Gaming Circus with one goal in mind: bringing new games to customers in a safe and secure environment. Our store dispatch and returns page detailed below, shows how we do that.

Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

The Gaming Circus Ltd only ships to consumers residing in the UK. They aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please be aware this does not mean same day dispatch. In the event that the item ordered does not arrive within 48 hours of being dispatched and is late due to circumstances outside of our control, The Gaming Circus Ltd will not be held responsible for delays.

The Gaming Circus ship their goods using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which they aim to deliver between 2-3 working days from dispatch or Royal Mail 24 which they aim to deliver between 1-2 working days from dispatch. Please be aware this service runs Monday to Saturday and excludes Bank Holidays. 

We charge £2.99 for the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and £3.99 for the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, if your order comes to over £50 we will give you free shipping that will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.


The Gaming Circus Ltd ships all pre-orders when either we receive the goods in stock or will dispatch your purchase to arrive with you in time for the release day. PLEASE NOTE:  If you do order multiple items along with your pre-order items, we will ship all items together so will hold on to the other items till the rest of your order is in stock and then dispatch it in one parcel. Due to this we suggest you order any non pre-order items on a separate order so we can get your new games to you as soon as possible. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Returns & Refund

How It Works

Our returns policy at The Gaming Circus Ltd is easy and straight forward. We accept returns for products that arrive damaged, that are missing parts or are not fit for purpose within 14 days of you receiving your items, you can notify us of of an issue by emailing with a copy of your order confirmation and photographs of the issue where one of our team will assist you with how we can help.

Once we are notified of the issue you will need to return the goods (at your own cost) to The Gaming Circus office address that can be found on our Contact Us page or at the bottom of this page within 30 days of your enquiry email. The goods must be returned as they were when they were received. When the goods are returned we will send you an email to say they have arrived with us and if we have the item in stock we will send a replacement for any goods that are damaged or missing parts which will have a separate dispatch email and if it is a product not fit for purpose or out of stock we will refund you in full for the product and postage of the initial purchase.
