Papayoo features four standard suits plus a fifth suit called Payoo. At the start of each hand, a unique die determines which suit becomes the Payoo suit for the Papayoo card, giving the infamous 7 a different identity each time you play.
 
Before the tricks begin, you may pass your hand to the player on your left, receiving a new hand from the player on your right. Choose carefully because that swap can transform a promising selection into a scoring nightmare. Once the hand is dealt, play your cards wisely following suit where required, then try to avoid taking tricks filled with unwanted Payoos.
 
The lowest score wins, so every trick becomes a tactical puzzle. Sometimes winning a trick is exactly what you want, while on another turn you may desperately hope someone else takes it. Read the cards, judge your chances and then look for the safest route through the hand.
