At the start of each round, a selection of order cards is placed face up while every order is read aloud to the entire team. The cards are then turned face down and dealt among the players. From that point on, everyone must rely on memory to keep track of the drinks hidden in their teammates’ hands.
 
On your turn, name an order that you believe is held by another player. Get it right, continue the service. Make a mistake however, and you are eliminated from the round. The pressure grows as the team tries to remember an ever-changing list of drinks while avoiding costly errors.
