Habitat placement is just as important as wildlife positioning. By creating large connected areas you can score valuable points, reduce fragmentation as well as build wildlife corridors that give your ecosystem room to flourish. Meanwhile, each species follows its own scoring pattern. Hawks may reward separation, foxes benefit from surrounding diversity while bears prefer specific groupings. With different wildlife scoring cards available, each game creates a fresh strategic puzzle.
 
When the final tile has been placed, calculate your scores from habitat areas, wildlife patterns and any remaining Nature tokens. The player who creates the most successful bioregion earns victory.
