Unmatched Adventures: Tales to Amaze transforms the popular Unmatched battle system into a cooperative adventure, bringing pulp heroes, sinister villains plus bizarre creatures together for an exciting fight against the game itself.
 
Choose your hero, join forces with your fellow players and then face one of two formidable villains: Mothman or the Martian Invader. Each enemy has a unique battlefield, objectives plus methods of attack, forcing your team to adapt its strategy as the threat develops. Their minions can make matters even worse, with enemies such as the Jersey Devil, Ant Queen, Loveland Frog, The Blob, Tarantula plus Skunk Ape joining the fray.
 
The core Unmatched combat system remains at the heart of the experience, giving each hero a distinctive deck of abilities, attacks as well as defensive tricks. Work together to combine your powers effectively, choose when to strike to prevent the villain from completing its sinister objective. If the villain achieves its goal or defeats the heroes, your adventure comes to an abrupt end.
 
Tales to Amaze features four new heroes inspired by the strange world of mid-20th-century pulp adventures. Nikola Tesla harnesses electrified coils to power his effects, Annie Christmas becomes stronger when fighting from behind, The Golden Bat unleashes powerful abilities while Dr. Jill Trent uses an arsenal of ingenious gadgets to turn science into a weapon.
 
The adventure doesn't stop with this box. The included heroes plus battlefields can be used in competitive Unmatched games, while heroes from other Unmatched sets can join your team in Unmatched Adventures, creating countless combinations for future battles.
