Prepare for a duel of power between the Witch Hunter and the Witch.
Pagan: Fate of Roanoke is an expandable deduction game based in colonial America in 1587 where the players take on the role of either the Witch or Witch Hunter. In essence this asymetrical game is about the witch's struggle against the witch hunter. During the game the witch is trying to complete a ritual of renaturation while the witch hunter is attempting to discover her true identity from among nine villagers. Each turn the players will take actions using their pawns on active villagers to draw and play card and gain influence. Both players have their own deck of fifty cards to use throughout the game. These cards offer a variety of strategies to the player as the witch can brew powerful potions, improve their familiar, and cast enchantments and charms, while the witch hunter enlists allies, claim strategic locations, and ruthlessly investigates the villagers. The objective for the witch is to collect enough secrets to perform the ritual, while the hunter is trying to gather enough allies and support to stop the witch completing her ritual.
Will the witch be found in time or will the ritual be unleashed?
